Baby Pool Rules
HUGGIES® Brand Online Shower Baby Pool Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID where prohibited by law. HUGGIES® Brand Online Shower Baby Pool is only open to U.S. Residents, who are, as of March 23, 2010, at least 18 years of age.
HOW TO ENTER: Starting at 12:00 PM Eastern Time U.S. (“ET”) on March 23, 2010, go to www.huggiesfornewborn.com and follow the on-screen directions to guess the weight and birth date for this online shower Mom-to-Be. Only one submission allowed per user. Please note that this is not a prize drawing but a competition to guess as close as possible to the actual date of birth and baby’s weight at birth.
BABY POOL DATES AND TIMES:The HUGGIES ® Brand Online Shower Baby Pool begins March 23, 2010 at 12:00:01 PM Eastern Time U.S. (“ET”) and ends on or about April 1, 2010 at 11:59:59 PM ET. The developer computer runs the official clock for the Baby Pool and will solely determine the time by which an entry is received.
ELIGIBILITY: The Baby Pool is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years of age or older. Exceptions include but are not limited to: employees, officers, directors and agents of Kimberly Clark Corporation, Rockfish Interactive, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, sales representatives, wholesalers, distributors, printers, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, "Promotion Parties"), and members of the immediate families (parent, child, sibling and spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and households of each, whether related or not related, who are not eligible to participate or win a prize in the game.
WINNER SELECTION: After the shower Mom-to-Be reports the actual birth date and weight, Rockfish Interactive will review all baby pool entries to select the entry that is closest to the actual date of birth and weight of baby at birth. One prize will be given for each category: birth date and birth weight. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
In the case of a tie, Kimberly Clark and Rockfish Interactive will determine the final baby pool winner.
Entries received from any person in excess of the stated daily limitation will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the game play process will be void. Kimberly Clark and Rockfish Interactive reserve the right to disqualify any entry for any reason in their sole and absolute discretion.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified by email within one year of the baby pool period. At time of contact, winners will be required to provide certain information needed for awarding of prize. Failure to return such information within the specified time period, the return of any prize notification as undeliverable, Rockfish Interactive’s inability to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, or non-compliance with these Official Rules may result in forfeiture of prize.
PRIZES: There is one prize available to be won in each category Birth Date and Birth Weight, which consists of: One $10 Walmart Gift Card and One Coupon for Free HUGGIES® Brand product ($20.00 value)
All prize details are at the sole discretion of Rockfish Interactive and/or Kimberly Clark Corporation.
All federal, state and local taxes as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the responsibility of winners.
Allow up to three weeks for fulfillment of prize following verification. Winner will be notified by email. We will post the winners on the www.huggiesfornewborn.com within a week of the contest ending (with winner’s permission).
